1.Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover this website, the software you can download from it, and the Lunar Discord bots, all operated under the name Lunars. Using any of them means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use them.
Each Discord bot also has its own terms and privacy policy, linked from its card on the site. Where those say something more specific about a bot, they win for that bot.
2.What Lunars is
Lunars is a one-person studio, founded in 2026, that builds Minecraft plugins, Minecraft mods and Discord bots, and runs the LunarFFA server. Everything on this site is made and maintained by its founder.
3.Downloads
Downloads are provided free of charge under the Lunars Licence. Read it before redistributing anything — most of the software may not be re-uploaded elsewhere.
Install downloads on a test server first. Anything that edits or resets a world can lose data if it is misconfigured, and once a chunk is gone, it is gone.
4.Acceptable use
- Do not use anything from Lunars to break the law, or to break Discord's or Mojang's rules.
- Do not use it to harass people, to run scams, or to distribute malware.
- Do not attack the site or the bots — scraping at volume, flooding commands, or trying to gain access you were not given.
- Do not pass modified builds off as official Lunars releases.
5.Commissioned work
Paid commissions are agreed case by case before any work starts: what is being built, what it costs and when it is due. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a contract on its own, and a message on Discord is not a booking until both sides have agreed the terms in writing.
6.Availability
The site, the downloads and the bots are provided as is and free of charge, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy or fitness for any purpose. Features may change, and any part of the service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time.
7.Links to other places
This site links to Discord, GitHub and other services. Those are run by other people under their own terms, and Lunars is not responsible for what happens on them.
8.Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Lunars is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of this site, the software or the bots — including lost worlds, lost data, downtime, or moderation actions taken through a bot. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9.Changes
These terms may change as Lunars changes. The effective date at the top always shows the current version.
