1.Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the LunarAI Discord bot. By inviting LunarAI to a server, or by using any of its commands, you agree to them. If you do not agree, remove the bot and stop using it.

"We" and "us" mean Luke, the developer of LunarAI, operating as Talktome Studio. "You" means the person using the bot and, where relevant, the server it has been added to.

2.Who can use it

You must meet Discord's minimum age for your country and follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Only someone with permission to manage a server should add LunarAI to it.

3.Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how LunarAI is configured and used in your server. That includes the permissions you grant it, the roles allowed to run its commands, and anything the bot posts as a result of settings you chose.

4.Things you must not do

Do not use LunarAI to:

• harass, threaten, defame or target anyone;
• send spam, scams, phishing or malware;
• break the law, or break Discord's rules, in any way;
• evade a ban, mute or other moderation action on Discord;
• attack the service — flooding commands, scripting abuse, attempting to break, decompile or gain unauthorised access to the bot or its data.

5.AI-generated content

LunarAI generates replies using third-party language models, currently OpenAI GPT-OSS, NVIDIA Nemotron and Google Gemma. Those models can be wrong, out of date, biased or inappropriate, and the same prompt will not always return the same answer.

• Treat every reply as a suggestion, not a fact. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
• You are responsible for what you prompt the bot with and for anything you then share.
• Do not use the bot to generate content that breaks Discord's rules, including harassment, sexual content involving minors, or material intended to deceive or defraud.
• The AI providers listed above apply their own terms to the requests we send them.

6.Availability and changes

LunarAI is provided free of charge and as is, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy or fitness for any purpose. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued at any time without notice.

7.Ending your use

You can stop at any time by removing LunarAI from your server. We may remove the bot from a server, or block a user or server from using it, if these terms are broken or if the bot is being abused — usually without warning, since abuse is rarely something we can pause to discuss.

8.Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of LunarAI, including lost data, lost server activity, moderation actions taken by or through the bot, or downtime. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9.Updates to these terms

These terms may change as the bot changes. The effective date at the top always shows the current version, and continuing to use the bot after a change means you accept the new terms. Significant changes will be announced in the support server where practical.
